Any and all claims and/or disputes of any kind that in any way relate to, arise from or are in connection with any item sold by or listed by Tempus-Vintage or your purchase or attempt to purchase any item from Tempus-Vintage shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and shall be litigated, if at all, solely and exclusively in a court of law within Miami Dade County, Florida, to the exclusion of any other court where suit might otherwise be brought.
Tempus-Vintage shall not be held responsible for any damages other than the actual price paid to Tempus-Vintage for the item purchased and purchaser hereby waives any and all claims for additional losses incurred. Purchaser shall be defined as any person or entity that purchases, attempts to purchase or claims damages of any kind, which relate to, arise from, or are in connection with any item sold by or listed by Tempus-Vintage. Tempus-Vintage reserves the right to decline any offer, or to not sell a particular watch at any time. Tempus-Vintage will not be responsible, or held liable for any mistakes to listings or misprints made by Tempus-Vintage representatives and agents.
Consignment Policy:
- The Seller earns 80% of the proceeds from the sale of Seller's item, Tempus Vintage takes a 20% commission.
- All Consignment items are accepted at Tempus Vintage discretion and will be confirmed authentic before being listed for sale.
- Tempus Vintage will appraise each item provided by the Consigner. Tempus Vintage only sells items from our accepted vendor list. Please check our website to make sure your item complies with our requirements. Any items not listed for sale will be returned to the Consigner. Any items received by Tempus Vintage that do not accurately match descriptions or are found to be inauthentic will be returned to the Consigner.
- Tempus Vintage has full pricing authority, all price reductions and promotions are at our discretion. Prices are set with the understanding that it is advantageous for both the Consigner and Tempus Vintage to get the highest price.
- Tempus Vintage has the right to perform a light cleaning of your item to maximize the selling price.
- By accepting an item from Consigner, Tempus Vintage undertakes to make every reasonable effort to maintain the item in clean, merchantable condition.
- You will be notified throughout the consignment process via email when your item is received & sold.
- Upon the sale of your item Tempus Vintage will issue a payment via PayPal for your portion of the proceeds. Payments are issued weekly.
- All items must be shipped by Consigner to tempos Vintage facility before being listed. All items will be in Tempus Vintage possession for 120 days, and will not be returned to Consigner before the end of that term. Items that do not sell within 120 days will be returned to the Consigner.
- Tempus Vintage reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time and return any item to Seller.

All of our products are 100% authentic in perfect working condition. We stand behind all of the watches we sell and we guarantee your satisfaction. This is not a commitment we take lightly.
The vintage watches are gently worn & carefully selected to ensure that they are in superb condition & will make our clients happy with their purchase. A complete inspection, cleaning & servicing is performed on vintage watches prior to being sold. We do NOT deal with replica products.
SHIPPING & INSURANCE:
All products shipped within the United States are fully insured through the high value insurance program and will be express shipped immediately upon your funds clearing our Bank Account. If a package is lost, a refund will be issued once the insurance claim is approved and paid. Buyers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs, customs or duties due in the country of destination. International shipments may have insurance limits. contact us for more shipping information.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
International buyers assume all responsibility for any and all duties, taxes, tariffs or customs due. Because Rolex watches are more difficult to ship to the U.S., the buyer takes all responsibility for shipping in the event of a customs issue or return.
FLORIDA BUYERS:
Florida buyers are subject to Florida County sales tax (7%).

Tempus-Vintage reserves the right to make any change to pricing, specifications, and availability of inventory without prior notice. Statements made on this website are the opinion of Tempus-Vintage.

No information you provide on the website or to Tempus-Vintage in person or over the phone will ever be sold to a third party. This site does use cookies to track data about visitors, which is not personally identifiable.
